1994 Bonus Colour Change Vehicles

In 1994, many collections included 4 free bonus colour-change vehicles, packaged in a separate
plastic bubble above the main bubble (see examples on blisterpack page). As far as I can tell, the
selection of bonus cars included with a collection were random.

However these bonus vehicles were not offered outside of the USA, most of my collections I bought
in shops in the UK and they did not have these bonus cars, I have had to obtain them from people
in the USA, either loose or still in unopened blisterpacks.

1994 Vehicle Collection Variations

There are a few variations in 1994 collections that I have come across so far. most of them relate to the
differences between the USA sets and the UK sets and their bonus cars.

X-Rays Collection #5 - The standard collection comprises of four clear bodied vehicles, however
there are a couple of other versions where the vehicles have coloured transparent bodies instead.
The first and second blisterpack pictures show two completely different colour schemes, the third picture
shows a combination of the other two with the blue NSX, red MX-5, yellow Mercedes and purple Lexus.







Action Adventures Collections - There are 3 action adventures collections that each have 2 variations;
#16 Fire Rescue, #17 Police Emergency and #20 Hard Hat collections. The differences relate to where
they were sold, my original sets bought in the UK (left hand images) all had an extra vehicle,
and the 3 figures/men related to the subject were a "bonus", whereas sets sold in the USA (with 4 bonus
colour change cars) had one vehicle less in the collection and included the 3 figures as part of the set.
